How Chapter Zero began
It started with a feeling I couldn't shake — that New York had lost the kind of community where women actually show up for each other. The places to simply be, between who you were and who you're becoming, had quietly disappeared.
Wellness had become fragmented and expensive. A membership here, a class there, each one full price, none of them connected, and through all of it — never really feeling seen. The third space, the one that wasn't home and wasn't work, was gone.
So I started building it back. One gathering at a time.
Chapter Zero became a wellness house for women in transition — activating across the city through curated experiences, pop-ups, and partnership venues while we build toward a permanent home in NYC. Movement, conversation, the table, the salon: each one a room of the House before the House exists.
Everything moves through one idea — the Z.E.R.O. framework: stillness, energy, refinement, and ownership of who you're becoming. Zero isn't failure. It's the starting point of every new chapter. The reset before the rise.
